Who does the building
Licensed, insured Maryland marine contractors. The state requires a Marine Contractors License, issued through the Maryland Department of the Environment, for bulkhead, seawall, revetment, and living shoreline construction, plus MHIC licensing on residential work. Everything we arrange is built under those licenses and the required county and state permits.
